    "Even from the Poor students they collected Rs.1000/-. Rich people who has got bank balances in Lakhs and Crores, find it easy to pay this money. But the poor daily labour people (majority of the population) find it difficult to pay this." One poor parent told this reporter some years back...... is it right to collect the same amount from the rich and poor with the same scale....
